I was hearing noises in the ceiling/wall of the 3rd floor level, and knew that I had a rodent problem.  I called several rodent removal companies and all declined the work as being "not accessible and too risky".  I then called Brian and he came over and went beyond the inspection that the other companies performed, and he found a way to resolve my problem - when no one else was willing to do it or even try.  Thank you!

Came out on a Sunday afternoon to remove two rattlesnakes.  Great, friendly service.

Brian, the owner of Simply Rodents, did a thorough investigation of our house, both inside & outside.  He blocked all areas in which rats could invade our home, & set traps inside. Brian has been by at least twice week to check on things.  Both Brian & his crew are professional, ethical, & compassionate.  I highly recommend Simply Rodents.

I had a great experience with Brian. Called for an inspection and Brian saw we have done 90% of the work already, but still examined the whole house throughly and found a whole that was the entry for the rodent. I just had a problem with mice in our new  home. We just moved here from Florida to Belmont and it really freaked us out finding them in the kitchen. I called up three different companies and Brian was the standout. He broke everything down in plain language and showed up fast. On day one, he set traps and began sealing up the house. By the next day, he’d already caught two mice in our crawl space and continued to seal things up. Brian’s solution comes with a three-year warranty, which really puts my mind at ease, especially with little kids and toys everywhere. Had a squirrel fall down our chimney and get stuck trying to climb back out. Brian and Chris came out and dealt with the rodent. Took a little time but they kept at it until the animal was free and ran out the door. Professional, friendly and got the job done!  Would definitely recommend!!!

Top notch work.  9pm on Saturday night heard a crashing sound that sounded like something falling in a closet, followed by other scrabbling and banging sounds.  Called Brian who said 'I'll come right over', and he showed up, check the closet (no signs of anything), then checked the attic where he found a rat which he removed.  All done by 10pm.  Going to have him back to find out how the rat got in and block that.  Could not ask for a better experience and outcome.

Incredible, responsive, and fast! Would highly recommend!

I contacted Simply Rodents on Yelp and spoke with Brian the owner about our situation. He came out the following day for an inspection. Something I didn’t mention to Brian was that I had one previous company come before him and for a company with so called “good” reviews, the inspector just skimmed through our property. My Husband and I were not happy with the inspection and didn’t feel we could trust the results.

When Brian came out he was extremely thorough in his inspection and pointed out areas the previous company missed. He inspected areas the other company didn’t and we felt should have and he inspected areas we didn’t even think of, extremely thorough. I’m definitely happy we found Brian. He seems very knowledgeable, honest and experienced so we decided to hire Brian. After speaking with Brian I found out he is new to Yelp but has been in business since 2018. I read some of his reviews here on google and called him. Happy to say I was his first reviewer on Yelp, and it was well deserved. He started working on our home today and has been very communicative and responsive. We are happy we found Brian, and highly recommend his services.
